Job Summary:
Provide exceptional service to customer and build positive relationships with them-the goal is to develop customers for life.

1. Customer Service- Ensure customer loyalty is built and maintained. Always have a “customer comes first” attitude. Solve customer issues by resolving in a timely and positive manner. Share Product Knowledge with customers. 50%
2. Store Standards-Ensure the store is visually appealing contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishments, and store cleanliness. 50%
