Role You Will Play

  • Role model a best-in-class customer experience
  • Support the team to achieve individual and shared goals
  • Encourage others and personally engage in creating an environment of imagination and fun
  • Participate in store and community events that foster an environment of fun and play
  • Contribute to the day to day operations of the store from cash to merchandising to unloading trucks
  • Lead early morning merchandising, night crew or opening or closing shifts as required
  • Support to your management team by carrying keys to Canada’s greatest toy and baby store
