Sales Consultant/ Optometric Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Optical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with eyewear selection, and support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously and professionally

• Schedule and manage appointments

• Perform pre-exam testing

• Help customers choose frames and lenses that fit their needs

• Maintain and merchandise displays

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Previous optical or retail experience is a plus
