ULTIMATE VALENTINE\u2019S GIVEAWAY: WATCH A MOVIE, PLAY AT THE WOODGROVE ARCADE & DINE ALL AT WOODGROVE<\/p>\n

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This Campaign is open only to those who enter through @WoodgroveCentre on TikTok<\/strong> and who are 19 years of age or older<\/strong> as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of Vancouver Island and surrounding Sunshine Coast Communities, British Columbia<\/strong>, and is void where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n

Employees of Central Walk Woodgrove Shopping Centre Inc.<\/strong>, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the \u201cEmployees\u201d), and immediate family members and\/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible<\/strong> to participate.<\/p>\n

The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
The winner must pick up their prize in person at Woodgrove Centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Agreement to Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By participating, the Contestant (\u201cyou\u201d) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n

You further agree to accept the decisions of Central Walk Woodgrove Shopping Centre Inc.<\/strong> as final and binding in all matters relating to this Campaign.<\/p>\n

3. Campaign Period<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Entries will be accepted online starting on:<\/p>\n

and ending on:
\ud83d\udcc5 February 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST<\/strong><\/p>\n

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on February 12, 2026 <\/strong>to be eligible.<\/p>\n

4. How to Enter<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Campaign must be entered via TikTok by completing all of the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Follow @WoodgroveCentre<\/strong> on TikTok<\/li>\n
  2. Like the official giveaway video<\/li>\n
  3. Comment on the video and tag your Valentine<\/li>\n
  4. Your Valentine also has to follow your TikTok page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Important:<\/strong>
    The tagged Valentine must also follow @WoodgroveCentre<\/strong> to be eligible.<\/p>\n

      You may enter only once<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      You may not use multiple accounts, emails, identities, or devices to enter more than once.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Entries that are incomplete, spam, or do not meet all requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Central Walk Woodgrove Shopping Centre Inc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If fraudulent methods are used, the entry will be removed from eligibility.<\/p>\n

      5. Prizes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Three (3) Winners will each receive a Valentine\u2019s Date Package at Woodgrove Centre<\/strong>, which includes (at minimum):<\/p>\n

        Woodgrove Arcade Game Points (Value: $45)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        The exact prize details and values are determined solely by Central Walk Woodgrove Shopping Centre Inc.<\/p>\n

        Prizes are:<\/p>\n

          Non-transferable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Non-exchangeable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Central Walk Woodgrove Shopping Centre Inc. to use the Winner\u2019s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.<\/p>\n

          6. Odds of Winning<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.<\/p>\n

          7. Winner Selection and Notification<\/strong><\/h2>\n

          Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw on February 12, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Winners will be notified via TikTok Direct Message (DM)<\/strong> and may also be tagged in a public post or story.<\/p>\n

          If a winner:<\/p>\n

            Cannot be contacted,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Is ineligible,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Fails to respond within 15 days<\/strong>, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Does not pick up their prize,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            then the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.<\/p>\n

            Before receiving the prize, each winner must:<\/p>\n

              Provide valid government ID confirming age (19+) and residency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              Sign a Declaration and Release Form<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.<\/p>\n

                You confirm your entry does not infringe on any third-party rights.<\/p>\n

                9. Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                Central Walk Woodgrove Shopping Centre Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign due to technical issues, fraud, tampering, or circumstances beyond its control.<\/p>\n

                The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant using bots, fake accounts, or other automated means.<\/p>\n

                Any attempt to damage or interfere with the Campaign may result in legal action.<\/p>\n

                  This Campaign is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada<\/strong>. Any disputes must be resolved individually in a court located in British Columbia.<\/p>\n

                  Participants waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/p>\n
