Position Overview

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, drives sales, and supports daily store operations while upholding the company’s brand and values.

1. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
•Greet and assist customers, creating a positive shopping experience.
•Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services.
•Promote customer loyalty programs.
•Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
•Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
•Sales-driven mindset with the ability to add-on.

Store Operations
•Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
•Strong customer service and communication skills.
•Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
•Assist with stock replenishment and product displays.
•Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Inventory & Merchandising
•Support promotional activities and merchandising standards.
•Assist with stock replenishment and product displays.
•Do inventory counts as required.
•Basic math skills and proficiency in handling transactions.
Security & Compliance
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
•Maintain product security and respond to incidents appropriately.
•Follow emergency protocols and compliance procedures.
