From greeting guests with a smile to supporting daily operations, you’ll be part of an exciting indoor adventure experience that brings joy to families every day.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and answering general questions with a positive attitude.
  • Supporting and operating across reception, playground, riders, and VR games.
  • Assisting with restocking and inventory.
  • Helping with closing duties.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Can multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Works well in a team and brings great energy.
  • Has flexible availability (weekends and evenings).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Schedule:
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Holidays and weekends as needed

Work Location: FlyOLand Nanaimo at Woodgrove Centre
