The Woodgrove Centre Gift Card makes gift giving easy. Redeemable at most shopping, dining & entertainment destinations at Woodgrove Centre. Gift cards can hold anywhere from $25 to $500 – the amount you want to give is up to you. Available for purchase at Guest Services.

Card is issued by PACE Savings & Credit Union Limited. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any government deposit insurer or agency.
Where can I purchase Gift Cards?
Gift Cards are available for purchase at the Woodgrove Centre Guest Services.
Where can I redeem the Woodgrove Gift Card?
The Woodgrove Gift Card can be used to purchase items from participating retailers at Woodgrove Shopping Centre.
How can I check the balance of my Gift Card?
You can check the Card balance online at www.getmybalance.com or by calling 1-800-755-8608.
In what denominations can I buy the Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be purchased in denominations ranging from $25 – $500.
Is there a limit to the amount I can purchase on the Gift Card?
The limit on the Gift Card can not exceed $500.
Can I replace a lost or stolen Card?
To replace a lost or stolen Card visit Woodgrove Centre Guest Services and provide a proof of purchase. There will be Card replacement fee of $2.50 for all lost or stolen cards. We strongly suggest registering the Card on www.getmybalance.com.
Do the funds on the Gift Card expire?
Funds of the Gift Card do not expire. If funds remain on the Card after the expiration date found on the back of your Card, contact customer service at 1-800-998-6844 for directions on how to redeem the remaining balance.
Are there any fees on the Gift Card?
16 months after Gift Card activation, a monthly fee of $2.50 will be charged on the Card balance.
Can I cancel or get a refund on my Gift Card?
Once you complete your order, there are no refunds or purchase cancellations possible.
Can I return items purchased with my Gift Card?
Any returns for purchases made with your Gift Card will be processed per that merchant’s return policy.
What happens if I am purchasing an item that costs more than the value of the Gift Card?
The remaining balance that the Gift Card funds do not cover can be paid for with another method of payment such as cash, debit, or credit. Please inquire with the retailer for further information.
Is the Gift Card reloadable?
Once the funds have been used on the Gift Card, no additional amounts can be added
Is there a purchase limit for corporate orders?
There is no limit, however additional documentation is needed for any corporate order exceeding $3,000. Prior approval is needed for any corporate order over $10,000
