Customer Service – Party Events

Part Time
Job Responsibilities:
  • Understanding and performing the responsibilities of a Customer Service & Food Service Representative role.
  • Organize and execute birthday parties and events with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Support all aspects of event and birthday party execution, including room setup, food preparation, and birthday decoration setup.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation of party rooms after events as a priority, as well as daily and after-hours closing cleaning of restrooms, common areas, and children’s play areas. This includes responding appropriately to occasional messes in a children’s play environment, in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate reliability and flexibility by being available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a strong preference for weekend availability to meet business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service techniques.
  • Assist colleagues with tasks and share best practices to improve store
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • 1 years of customer service experience.

Licence/Certification:  FoodSafe (required)
