Hours: 30–35 hours/week
Compensation: $19–$21/hour
About the Role
Chachi’s Sandwiches (Woodgrove Mall) is seeking a motivated and reliable Supervisor to support daily operations, lead the front-line team, and help drive customer satisfaction and local store growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, managing a team, and is passionate about both customer service and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
1 Supervise and support staff during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations
2 Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members
3 Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed
Customer Service Excellence:
1 Deliver and model outstanding customer service
2 Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
3 Ensure a welcoming and positive in-store experience
Operations Support:
1 Oversee order taking, food preparation support, and store cleanliness
2 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food handling standards
3 Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Marketing & Community Engagement:
1 Support and execute local marketing initiatives to increase store traffic
2 Assist in managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
3 Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups
Performance Tracking:
1 Monitor daily sales and support tracking of marketing activities
2 Share insights and ideas to improve customer engagement and store performance
Qualifications
1 Previous experience in customer service, food service, or retail supervision
2 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
3 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
4 Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5 Interest or experience in marketing, social media, or community outreach is an asset
